The Role
The role is responsible for contributing to the overall success of key campaigns and strategy to drive the Indonesian market behaviour. You will also be leading Content strategy to amplify the campaign messages and push the business in retaining its existing customers and acquiring new ones. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager and working closely with the HQ Brand team, you will play a pivotal role for Love, Bonito’s growth and market expansion through owning the mindshare of women across Indonesia.
Main Responsibilities :
Campaign Management
- Create and/ or execute campaigns to attain monthly targets and key campaign objectives. (*we define campaigns as channel agnostic activities; but should be done whenever relevant in a considerate and customer-centric way)
- Create and execute engaging and performance-driven campaigns across onsite, EDM, social, and retail stores.
- Drive new customer acquisition, customer retention, and/ or revenue generation campaigns depending on objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to develop concepts for thematics and cross-channel campaigns.
- Conduct weekly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and come up with improvements and action points for future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with all relevant in-house teams for new collection launches or new product roll-out.
- Collaborate and coordinate regional campaigns with the HQ marketing team in Singapore.
- Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders internally (tech, team, and etc) and externally (vendors and etc) to ensure smooth execution of all channel initiatives and improve attribution model and data tracking.
Content Marketing
- Leading the content team to attractively and creatively portray, and stimulate interest in Love, Bonito’s mission, products, and the #LBexperience through storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, EDM, Onsite, and future platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Creative team in the creation of localized contents that speak to the Indonesian market for each campaign to achieve business and campaign-specific objectives.
- Plan and manage content calendars of IG, FB, Tiktok together with the team and more based on broader marketing calendar and content trends.
- Craft hero campaign taglines and proofread and edit key campaign copy.
- Continuously develop interesting, innovative, and creative concepts when it comes to social, editorial, or new channels; constantly exploring different formats and content ideas.
- Monitor content performance from channel insights, consistently optimize content strategy based on marketing / analytics team’s insights.
- Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics, identify gaps and opportunities in the existing content pillars, and recommend new topics to further enhance campaign dimensions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Requirements & Experiences :
- 2+ years of relevant work experience preferably in an e-commerce / digital company.
- BA/BS degree from top university in business, marketing, economics, or other relevant fields.
- Analytical, numerate, and proficient in Excel.
- Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, BI tools etc.
- Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player.
