Your main duties in flying with us
- Support hotel partners via phone, email, and video conference with administrative tasks such as content loading, system training, hotel onboarding, activation and record management
- Support the acquisition of new hotel partners and assist in managing relationships with existing partners
- Responsible for any allotment and rate changes
- Help monitor and improve price competitiveness and room inventory availability
- Support customer booking inquiries and ensure service-level agreements (SLA) are met
- Educate hotel partners on managing their bookings and using the extranet efficiently
- Monitor and update hotel content periodically to ensure accurate information and facility details
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as assigned
- Provide administrative support to the Market Executive, Area Manager, and other team members, including handling reimbursements and reports
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in the Travel/Hotel industry is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry
- Understanding of extranets or channel managers is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suites
- Strong analytical and administrative skills
