We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower!). The Role
Reporting directly into our Finance & Accounting lead, you will be responsible for helping the buying-planning processes across our lines and subcategories and work collaboratively with our merchandising team to manage inventory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Planning
- Lead ID annual Business Planning: financial modelling and planning; and seasonal re-forecast to ensure business growth.
- Support execution of long-term strategic and financial planning.
- Support performance management and monitoring.
- Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking and provide meaningful recommendations for channel owners on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Monthly Planning: validate overall merchandise availability & launch plan with revenue targets.
- Facilitate weekly and monthly performance meetings across all departments.
- SALE planning: working closely with ID Finance, Commercial, and other teams for sale planning and the expected revenue targets.
Inventory & Budget Management - Financial Review: Compare monthly actual performance with planned OTB.
- Support ID Commercial with annual OTB creation and seasonal re-forecast.
- Support ID Commercial to build monthly flow plans for sales and inventory.
- Support and Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to reconcile bottom-up merchandise plans and top down sales targets.
- Coordination with the Data Team to extract data required for the Merchandise Analytics Report.
- Tracking on OTB spending: Work closely with HQ Planner and ID Buying team to ensure the buys are executed as planned.
- Inventory Review: Prepare analysis to identify the Commercial team’s current standing and recommend actionables that should be taken.
Requirements & Experiences :
- Degree in finance, economics, business, merchandising, or other relevant fields.
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient spreadsheet skills.
- Prior experience as a financial analyst in a fashion company or commercial planner will be ideal.
- Prior experience in other data analytics software and tools (Tableau / Metabase) will be a plus!
