How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

About the position:
Leading the Product Partnership team enabling EBF's product vision and applying growth strategies to all EBF partners to optimize users conversion and active transaction rates.

Responsibilites:

  • Pre-Sales - Solutioning
  • Work with Sales to conduct in-depth (discovery) interviews, understand partners business objectives, needs in technical requirements. 
  • Crafting a product solution proposal to assist Strategic Partnership team for acquiring new business Partners based profile to meet within the use cases and Amar Bank’s products;
  • Design optimal solutions based on partners needs including B2B end to end technical proposal and end to end customer journey in partner’s digital platform.
  • Aligned with Business units regarding a product solution proposal for Partners use cases are met within their SOPs, Risk Criteria, Underwriting Process, and Commercial, alongside for the operational flow process;
  • Provides EBF product presentations and demonstrates EBF use case scenarios tailored with partner needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and Integration Manager to develop and integrate Partners use cases based on product solution proposal that already agreed upon, also provide technical guidance and support through the integration process;
  • Creating and collecting operational docs that needed for Partners and Business units documentation for Compliance requirement;
  • Ensure the EBF service goes live successfully with the partner in accordance with the agreed technical solution and is fully integrated into Amar’s operational processes.
  • Post Sales - Relationship & Growth
  • Managing and build strong relationship with key person at Partners organization as the primary person in charge;
  • Create report monitoring on Partnership performance and analyze the impact results as the key indicators and regular reporting.
  • Provides 1st level of support and immediate troubleshooting when partners encounter technical issues after partner integrated EBF service.
  • Obtain partner feedback such as, new feature needs, or areas for service improvement and request to the product team for further product development plan.
  • Develop Partnership Strategy with Partners (e.g. joint go-to-market, co-marketing, cross sell/upsell program) to maximize revenue generation, increase product adoption and generate leads based on use cases that are already implemented;
  • Implement Growth strategy with ongoing partner to scale-up users conversion and boost users transaction through programs or  promotion.
  • Regularly conduct AB testing to identify customers behavior, preferences and make necessary improvements in collaboration with the Marketing team to increase conversion rates.
  • All reconciliation related with partner incentive/revenue sharing completed within schedule without dispute and paid as agreed timeline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering or any related field; 
  • Have 3 - 5 years of experience in Account Manager, Solution Consultant, Customer Success (is a plus) or Business Development, Sales Partnership, Project Management, Business in digital banking, fintech B2B digital product, SaaS technology is a plus;
  • Having business sense and strong analytical skills to create and analyze data and turn it into strategic partnership actions.
  • Have strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams, both internal and external parties to handle end-to-end projects;
  • Improvement, Performance Marketing or any related roles;

Bonus point if:

  • Joining date < 1 month
  • Having experienced in Banking Digital Marketing and Expert in  payment system
  • Familiar with digital banking B2B partnership with other industries workflow;
  • Have a knowledge of SaaS/APIs/SDKs tech products integrate with other tech platforms workflow.
