Responsible for first-level monitoring and validation of revenue processes to ensure billing accuracy and minimize revenue leakage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor revenue-related system alarms and daily control dashboards.
  • Perform initial checks and validation on billing, charging, and mediation processes.
  • Identify discrepancies or abnormal transaction patterns and escalate to L2/related teams.
  • Conduct basic reconciliation between usage and billing data.
  • Monitor traffic spikes and unusual activities that may impact revenue.
  • Ensure incidents are properly logged, tracked, and followed up until resolution.
  • Support periodic reporting and documentation of revenue assurance findings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunication, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Billing Operations, NOC, or similar monitoring role.
  • Basic understanding of billing, charging, mediation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficient in SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Familiar with monitoring dashboards and ticketing systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
