We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team, to be the key person on invoice issuance and liaising with the clients in order to ensure payment is collected in a timely manner. This position should highlight the need for candidates who are focused on outcomes, strong customer service skills, and keen to multiple data entries. Ultimately, the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our receivable transactions and procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing

Issuing invoices in a daily basis to maintain our AR control
Coordinating with the CSM team to liaise with the client in a daily basis
Tracking and reconciling invoice payments to ensure timely collection
Providing support on preparing receivable reports by performing data-entry related tasks
Liaising with the Sales team to do regular receivable updates with the clients
