Senior HR & Administration Associate (Batam based)

What You'll Be Doing
- Disciplinary Action Administration: Oversee and implement disciplinary procedures, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), warning letters, and other corrective actions, ensuring fair and consistent enforcement in compliance with regulations & company policies
- Employment Case Resolution: Manage and resolve employment cases ranging from low to high risk by conducting thorough investigations, assessing risks, and implementing appropriate solutions. Collaborate with HR manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with labor regulations while minimizing legal and operational risks
- Termination Process (Analyze & Execution): Conduct risk assessments, analyze termination cases, and execute necessary procedures while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies to facilitate a smooth and professional transition
- Offboarding & Termination Report: Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and timely reporting of terminations to maintain an organized and transparent workforce database
Who We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field
- Full professional fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high integrity and professionalism
- Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented mindset
- Goal-driven with strong resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR policies
- Prior training in human resource management and/or labor law is a plus
- Familiarity with HR Management Systems (HRMS) or HR Information Systems (HRIS)
