Position Purpose:             

To provide a pro-active, efficient, timely and relevant finance service/support to the management and internal function as well as other functions , including project reports at a level of detail necessary to manage budget/actual effectively, ensuring proper book keeping are maintained in compliance with local Tax and Statutory (Indonesian GAAP) Regulation, IFRS, Group Policies and Procedures, timely management and financial reports are provided to regional as laid down in the reporting timetable, and continuous improvement on process and control.

Description of Duties:

Management

• Support Country Finance Lead to create and maintain local finance policies and standard operating procedures as well as socialization to employees.
• Review and propose process improvement in Accounting and Tax to improve the efficiency of work.

Funds Management

• Provide visibility on forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements, alert and give heads up to Country Finance Lead for in adequate funds.
• Recommend appropriate dividend issuances (if any), based on historical dividend patterns, and expected cash flows.
• Maintain Banking relationship and bank operational transaction including Loan facility, Cash Management, etc.

Taxation

• Improve Monthly Compliance quality (including reconciliation) on VAT, Withholding Tax, Tax accounting and Annual Corporate Income Tax Return to ensure the compliance with Tax regulation.
• Ensure proper Taxes reconciliation including VAT and Withholding Taxes done on monthly basis.
• Liaise and coordinate with Tax consultant for CIT calculation, and support for Tax audit.
• Support the data requirement for Transfer Pricing Documentation.

Accounting and Reporting

• Manage and ensure proper bookkeeping and timely Month End closing with accurate reporting result for entities in Indonesia
• Manage the Profit Center, Cost Center and GL accounts and mapping to BW and ensure the correct posting in place for each line of businesses.
• Submit monthly/quarterly/yearly Group and statutory reports on time.
• Conduct regular stock count and liaise with warehouse team and parties involved.
• Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
• Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.
• Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
• Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput.
• Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals.
• Manage and liaise to update Company’s insurance policies with broker on annual basis.
• Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
• Coordinate the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Tax
• Possessing 5-10 years of working experience, with minimum 3 years of expertise in managerial position
• Proven track record in Managing Financial Accounting; Accounting Management; Legal, Security, and Risk Management
• Proven experience in Managing and handling Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax
• Working knowledge of Accounting Software

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent Finance & Accounting Management skills
• Having sense of Business and capability to act as Advisor in Financial side, preferred
• Strong Leadership & Management skills
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Have knowledge in SAP Accounting Software preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft excel
• Good verbal and written English
