About the Role

As Relationship Manager [Hunter] you will be part of critical role in developing and nurturing relationships with clients focused on funding and investment opportunities. This position requires understanding of funding mechanisms, and P2P market trends to offer the best financial solutions to our clients. This role will be direct report to Head of Funding  and this role also are part of the Premium Lender team RM

Responsibilities

  • Contribute stable monthly achievement of funding team target 
  • Inform and educate Lenders about the company’s products, services and special offers
  • Acquire and onboard new lenders pipeline with great potential to become long term premium lender
  • Proactively source and acquire new lenders through various channels, including personal networking, partnerships, and market outreach
  • Initiate, plan, and execute offline/online events or joint events with partners to generate new lender acquisition opportunities and expand pipeline
  • Streamline complaints/ issues and gather support from relevant functions (Operations, Customer Experience, Product etc) include but not limited to: lender dashboard, portfolio, investment activities and many more

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, while candidates with minimum 1 year of experience as a Relationship Manager or in relevant positions within the Banking/P2P industry will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self starter with strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent sales skills, excited with target-oriented type
  • Highly driven, self-starter, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Have great networking and familiarity with the potential premium lenders segment; able to bring new lenders to Amartha 
  • Based in Jakarta
