VP Finance

As VP Finance, you will have the opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a high-growth company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial plans, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Manage cash flow and liquidity, and provide recommendations for capital allocation
• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights to support decision making
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in a financial leadership role, preferably within the financing industry
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Experience in developing and executing financial strategies
• Solid understanding of business operations and ability to drive financial performance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English is a must
