- Create financial report & familiar with routine closing process
- Understand applicable taxes related to business and able to do routine reconciliation (Art 21, 23, 26, 4(2), etc)
- Able to reconcile Input VAT, Ouput VAT and PMSE VAT
- Filling SPT, Document VAT in, VAT out and Letters from tax office and others
- Prepare, create and maintain daily tax transaction documents (VAT slips & WHT)
- Support at monthly and annual tax compliance
- Prepare documents needed for any parties (external, taxes and internal audits) if necessary
- Support tax related ad-hoc analysis for internal and external use
- Having experience in performing tax and commercial projection for tax planning
- Guides accounting and tax clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
- Min. Degree in Accountancy/Finance (GPA of 3.00/4.00)
- Min. 5 years experiences in accounting, tax and finance
- Able to operate E-SPT, E-Faktur, and E-Biling
- Excellence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and basic knowledge in accounting
- Understand digital tax application (E-SPT, E-Faktur, E-Bupot, etc) is preferred
- Excels in Accounting programs (IFCA & SAP) is preferred
- Have Brevet A&B Certification is preferred
- Experience in liaising with local tax bureau and external tax consultant
- Possess all-round accounting skills with analytic experiences
- Excellent in English (oral & written)
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat
- Having experiences in property related business is preferred
