Tax & Finance Accounting Supervisor - The Plaza Residences

Create financial report & familiar with routine closing process
Understand applicable taxes related to business and able to do routine reconciliation (Art 21, 23, 26, 4(2), etc)
Able to reconcile Input VAT, Ouput VAT and PMSE VAT
Filling SPT, Document VAT in, VAT out and Letters from tax office and others
Prepare, create and maintain daily tax transaction documents (VAT slips & WHT)
Support at monthly and annual tax compliance
Prepare documents needed for any parties (external, taxes and internal audits) if necessary
Support tax related ad-hoc analysis for internal and external use
Having experience in performing tax and commercial projection for tax planning
Guides accounting and tax clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions

Min. Degree in Accountancy/Finance (GPA of 3.00/4.00)
Min. 5 years experiences in accounting, tax and finance
Able to operate E-SPT, E-Faktur, and E-Biling
Excellence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and basic knowledge in accounting
Understand digital tax application (E-SPT, E-Faktur, E-Bupot, etc) is preferred
Excels in Accounting programs (IFCA & SAP) is preferred
Have Brevet A&B Certification is preferred
Experience in liaising with local tax bureau and external tax consultant
Possess all-round accounting skills with analytic experiences
Excellent in English (oral & written)
Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat
Having experiences in property related business is preferred
