About the role

We are a startup in mission to unlock human potential, empowering people to prosper doing what they love. We are now looking for an exceptional External Community Specialist who will play a key significant role in marketing team building connections with KOL/external communities.

In this role you will:

Calculating ROI for each KOL and external community
Approaching and briefing the KOLs to conduct endorsement and/or collaboration (to utilize them as referral agent)
Conduct strategic partnership with external communities
Collaborate with external community to sell Kuncie’s products
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)

Desired Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design or Marketing or related field 
Minimum Two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity
Strong interpersonal relationship building skills; a strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce Community Cloud - a big plus.
Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slide
