Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.

Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

Main Responsibilities

PR : Influencer & Community Pillar

Outreach & Strategy :

  • Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia’s brand image, collection styles and campaign objective 
  • Plan weekly influencer line-up based on historical traffic target (under guidance of manager)
  • Help to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate (based on historical guide) and posting date based on SOW (statement of work) 
  • In doing communication and KOL outreach, intern should maintain good relationship with existing and new KOL by displaying prompt and accommodative communication

Administrative :

  • Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date 
  • Generate and share customised UTM/ track links to KOL 
  • Share content brief to KOL 
  • Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker 
  • Daily monitoring of KOL posting & report KOL posting performance to manager (timeline of posting, check on content quality, check UTM links) 

Ad Hoc :

  • Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
    • Request and be the PIC responsible for clothing lending for influencers/ muses/ internal team 
    • Assist to contact external vendors (for PR/ social-related vendors) 
  • Give fresh and innovative ideas based on current trends to support offline event planning & ideation 
    • I.e: event activity, venue, F&B vendors, etc 


Social Media Pillar : Instagram

  • Help to do instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
    • IG Story: 2x daily
    • IG Post: 1x week
  • Help to generate UTM/ track links for instagram posting & refresh linkinbio

Requirements & Experiences :

  • Available for 4 months internship program
  • Open for final year students and fresh graduates! 
  • Previous internship in fashion/ beauty/ digital media/ lifestyle brands related companies are preferred 
  • Passion for all things PR/ social media or marketing functions related
  • Passion for fashion 
  • Following and updating yourself to the current social media and influencer trends globally and in Indonesia 
  • An agile, multitasker, open-to-learn mindset 
  • Open and communicative personality 
  • Reachable during working hours
