As a fast growing start up, one of our core needs is to achieve exceptional customer engagement via different channels and increase adoption and frequency. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic growth Marketing Lead to oversee our Creative Design, Content, Social Media, Product Marketing Management (PMM), and Marketing Automation (CRM) teams.

What you will do?

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Creative Design, Content, Social Media, PMM, and CRM teams.
  • Set clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive productivity and creativity.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities related to feature, campaign, and project launches, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Monitor NPIs and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new launches, driving adoption and engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization by implementing A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Utilize data analysis to derive actionable insights for performance optimization and informed decision-making.
  • Gather and analyze user and market data to identify opportunities for improving marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Set up tracking systems and use analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Content and Communication Strategy:

  • Drive the teams to implement content strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic, educate users, and build brand awareness.
  • Create compelling and relevant content aligned with the target audience and customer journey.

Retention and Reactivation Strategies:

  • Enhance the user journey and onboarding process to drive higher user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive efforts to enhance user retention and reactivate inactive users, utilizing various marketing channels and personalized strategies.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing initiatives to engage and retain customers throughout their journey.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and communication regarding project timelines, progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Who you are:

  • You have 8+ years in the marketing or growth marketing role
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Proven leadership role in 2 or more of these areas - creative design, content, social media, PMM, and CRM functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing effective retention and reactivation strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to haves:

  • Start up experience or Fintech experience 
  • Degree/Certification in Communications, Digital Marketing or Public Relations
