Senior Growth Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical thinker to lead high-impact growth initiatives. As the growth expert for our new business line, you will set the strategy and long-term vision for growth marketing at PayFazz. You will have the opportunity to supercharge your personal growth working in a thriving, collaborative startup environment.
What you’ll be doing
Initiate, own and drive team-wide measurement projects collaborating with diverse teams ranging from ad ops, analytics to tech teams
Formulate quarter plans, strategies and budgets for performance marketing with local teams across selected verticals
Deliver user acquisition numbers within targeted performance marketing KPIs such as CAC and conversion rates
Drive cross-functional projects across product, analytics, marketing and partnership teams.
Extend the boundaries of performance by engaging in experimental activities and providing thought leadership / roadmaps to both internal teams and external vendors regularly
The must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics/maths and tech-related majors
- Deep understanding of measurements (broader industry changes e.g. IOS14.5, Facebook AMM, multi-platform tracking), underlying building blocks (attribution windows/models, events, payload params) and marketing mix optimization will be critical
- 5-6 years of experience in tech-driven verticals such as financial technology, payment, e-commerce & travel
- Strong commercial sense, creativity and agility to exploit business opportunities
- Track record of driving performance marketing across Indonesia
- Proficiency in any programming language (e.g. SQL/JS/Python) highly valued
- Self-starter and an exceptional can-do attitude
