About the roles

Social Media

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with creative teams
  • Monitor engagement, trends, and community interaction
  • Analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvement

SEO

  • Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
  • Optimize website content for search visibility and organic traffic growth
  • Monitor SEO performance and search rankings
  • Work with content and tech teams to improve site structure and performance

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and creatives
  • Track performance metrics such as CTR, CAC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion and efficiency

Graphic Design

  • Create visual assets for digital and offline channels (social media, ads, website, campaigns)
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency
  • Design marketing materials such as banners, presentations, and promotional content
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams on creative concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience in social media management, SEO, and performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
