About the Role

Join our Strategy & Growth Dept for Agent Network Team as a Strategy & Growth Intern, focusing on enhancing and monitoring the digital acquisition strategies for our Amarthalink agent network. In this role, you will drive the expansion of our agent network, which includes local Warung/Toko Kelontong and Konter Pulsa, integrating them into the Amartha ecosystem. You will utilize digital acquisition, and provide critical data-driven insights to optimize our strategies.

As a Strategy & Growth Intern for Agent Network team, you will play a crucial role in scaling our network and enhancing the digital footprint of Amarthalink. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong digital acumen to help us grow and strengthen our presence across various communities. Responsibilities:

1. Agent density : generate growth in new agent acquisition

  • Optimize organic channels (SEO, ASO, Referral) to increase upper funnel agent registration and conversion rates while reducing CAC (customer acquisition cost)
  • Collaborate with field officer on strategic programs, provide data analysis and performance tracking on agent acquisition

2. Agent coverage : analyze & improve location coverage of our agent network

  • Perform data analysis & performance tracking on our agent to borrower coverage
  • Execute initiatives to improve agent to borrower coverage (location data, increase agent eligibility, new acquisition)

3. Agent branding: establish a prominent branding and business process improvement

  • Project management on agent branding process
  • Provide dashboard & collaboration scheme with field officer to enable digital loan repayment via agent

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying insights and strategies to stakeholders
  • Strong background in data analytics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
