Job Description

  • Review and verify the invoice received and monitor AP processing.
  • Check and verify the employee reimbursement followed the SOP
  • Ensure monthly and yearly tax compliances are placed on time, including tax reconciliation
  • Responsible for monitoring and validating accounting transaction-supporting data.
  • Involve in the monthly and year-end financial closing process including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Prepare financial reports for Management, Shareholders, and Regulatory Authorities.
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
  • Assist Finance Team in controlling all financial, accounting, and tax related matters in the Company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Having 2 - 4 years of working experience (Auditor background experience is an advantage)
  • Having good knowledge of tax regulation and accounting standards
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated ability to obtain and communicate data logically and accurately
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs
