We are looking for an experienced Finance to join our team. You will be responsible for the Finance Operations & Project. This position is required to execute fast and deliver results within a deadline.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Lead the reconciliation process between the payment gateway and bank/partner transaction data for various financial accounts, including bank accounts, general ledger accounts, receivables, and payables.
Active monitoring, review & checking on payment projects, financial records, statements, and transaction reports & automation (engaged with the product, Business Process Management, Data & Finance team) to identify discrepancies and variances requiring investigation.
Work with banks/partners to resolve transaction status and fund-related issues
Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Prepare detailed reports and analyses summarizing reconciliation findings, variances, and trends for management review and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in all reconciliation activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
Proven reconciliation experience with minimum exp 3 yr
Work Experience in the Banking Industry or Financial Technology is preferable
Ability to interpret large amounts of data for reconciliation process and to multi-task
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Ms.Excel)
Hands-on experience with Accounting Software like Oracle Netsuite or SAP
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical, attention to detail and critical thinking
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures (PSAK and IFRS)
