AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - Japanese (native) to join our team. As a native Japanese speaker, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth within our hospitality industry. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager - Japanese, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, establishing new relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue.
  • Create and present proposals to clients that align with their needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent AYANA Hospitality and generate new business leads.
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Native level fluency in Japanese, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
