We are piloting an innovative Loyalty Platform for Farmers, in collaboration with leading agri-brands. Our platform connects farmers with valuable resources, learning opportunities, and rewards, while enabling brands to engage meaningfully with their farmer customers.
We are looking for a Sales Management Operation Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing buyer relationships, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience for our clients.
What will you do but not limited to:
- Manage buyer accounts and relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
- Analyse buyer preferences and sales data to provide insights for enhancing sales strategies and optimizing inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to align sales initiatives and streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain sales reporting tools to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Managing existing partner, follow up new leads and onboarding new partner. Ensure smooth onboarding process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales management or operations, preferably in a digital goods or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, buyer psychology, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining internal and external buyer relationships.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to enhance sales performance.
- Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving results.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
