About the Team
Sales Capability Lead is a part of Sales Management Team, more precisely under The Sales Knowledge Management Team. Sales Management Team supports its sales operation in the field to focus only on selling and closing deals. Sales Management team is responsible for setting the strategy and enabling the sales operation team to perform at its peak.
In order to enable the sales operation to perform, Sales Knowledge Management team plays a role in the process of creating, storing, using, sharing and maintaining information, capabilities and also engagement among the sales operations team such as product and soft skill training, internal communication, engagement program and sales quality assurance.

  • About the Role

  • Sales Capability Lead is a key player to develop field-based sales teams and drive solutions to build and improve sales capabilities & salesforce effectiveness in each Region. The Sales Capability Lead will design, develop and deliver strategic learning initiatives that build the sales skills needed to achieve identified business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • The Sales Capability Lead is responsible for meeting current operational requirements, with the sustainable use of current capabilities, and the development of future capabilities, to meet the sometimes competing strategic and current operational objectives. The Sales Capability Lead will handle below responsibilities, such as :
  • Assess and develop sales standards (i.e. Structured call to customers, role profile, standards of performance)
  • Responsible for monitoring sales team fulfillment by working closely with RSM and third party
  • Responsible for onboarding and train the new hires
  • Monitor clear sales performance objectives daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Monitor leaders capability in delivering the Capability Program classroom and field training
  • Responsible for monitoring Capability Program workflow in the field - reporting and observing by checklist
  • Regular checking of quality procedures regarding sales process based on data in our system and field investigation refer to SOP
  • Document and analyze quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits also conduct recommendation for sales team based on findings
  • Research, develop and implement Sales Development Plan, Sales Market and collaborate with other team for Research related.

What We're Looking For

  • Min Bachelor's Degree any major.
  • Male/Female.
  • Min 3-5 years proven experience in Sales Area.
  • Have experience in handling Training and Development in Sales Area/team.
  • High level of analytical skills with detail orientation.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external parties by phone, email and face to face.
  • Proficiency in operating Ms. office especially Excel and gsuite (gsheet, gslide, gdocs)
  • Willing to travel.
