Rental Manager - FazWaz (Bali)

FazWaz Bali is built as an investment consultancy with a growing rental division. Our goal is to build one of the strongest, most professional rental operations in Bali, focused on scale, structure and recurring revenue.
The role
We are looking for a Rental Manager to build, lead and scale our rental business in Bali. This is a leadership role for someone commercial, organised and experienced in rentals who can manage people, performance and growth.
You will be responsible for growing the rental portfolio, managing rental agents and setting up the systems, standards and processes to scale the division.
What you will be doing
- Growing the rental portfolio through owner acquisition and partnerships
- Building, managing and coaching a team of rental agents
- Setting rental targets, KPIs and performance tracking
- Structuring rental processes, pricing strategies and service standards
- Overseeing listings, viewings, negotiations and lease execution
- Working closely with marketing and listing teams to drive demand
- Managing landlord relationships and portfolio performance
- Monitoring occupancy rates, yields and revenue growth
- Ensuring CRM discipline and clean reporting across the team
