We’re looking for a Product Marketing Executive to join our Product Marketing team, to drive B2B inbound marketing initiatives for the Indonesia market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving B2B inbound marketing targeting enterprises and expansion area by leading marketing campaigns such as ebook development, organic development, events, partnership, lead nurturing via email, WhatsApp broadcast, paid ads, etc.
- Managing marketing initiatives for Indonesia to generate client retention by driving initiatives such as content development, client’s case studies, account management content engagement, events (online and offline), client nurturing via email, whatsapp broadcast, etc.
- Managing and handling stakeholders such as digital, content, creative, sales, account management team, etc.
- Generating reports and analyzing marketing data to give valuable insights and actionables to drive results.
- Experimenting and proving hypotheses of marketing objectives to drive results for acquisition and retention.

Who We Are Looking For
- A candidate with 1-2 years of experience in product marketing or marketing or content marketing or partnership field especially experiences in driving leads generation efforts such as from ads (ebook, articles, etc), events, and/or partnership or B2B client retention. Having B2B marketing experience is a plus.
- Good project and stakeholder management: Having experience in working on specific goals and sets of tasks in a team, dealing with stakeholders from internal and external, delivering expected results at expected timeline.
- Ability to work under pressure: Can keep functioning under tight deadlines and an increasing amount of workload (also do the right thing by prioritizing work, communicating if any blockers and bandwidth issue, and deliver according to expected deadlines).
- Good attention to detail: Get used to working with things needed for high accuracy, from numbers to spelling, and accuracy of brief vs results.
- Learn quickly and self-starter: Adaptable in new situations, ability to quickly be familiar with new sets of workflow and tools with not too much instructions to do actions.
- Good communication skills: Solid ability to convey the brief and explain details with other stakeholders. Proactive and not afraid of asking questions and challenging the status quo.
- Analytical skills: Good ability to interpret information and data accurately, understand key takeaways, and provide logical explanation behind situation.
- Content marketing: Experience with developing and reviewing content marketing such as blogs, copy ads, etc.
