About the Role

Position: Performance Marketing Manager

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Performance Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.


Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Monitoring (70%)

  • Be an expert across media behaviours and how the target audience interacts with social touchpoints (i.e. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and any cross-channel delivery
  • Proactively address, and when needed escalate, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Provide technical perspective in meetings when specific expertise is required
  • Maintain quality control and assurance practices and proactively advice on campaign improvements
  • Facilitate and influence cross-function collaboration by demonstrating openness to new ideas and interest in learning from colleagues with different expertise
  • Encourage knowledge share and continuous learning
  • Oversee end-to-end project management of campaign brief and delivery
  • Be responsible across all campaign tracking and reconciliation requirements (including KPI delivery)
  • Roll out test and learn initiatives to drive continuous improvements in campaign performance
  • Take an active role in developing broader biddable or digital strategic recommendations and best practices to scale impact at market and regional level

Campaign Strategies (30%)

  • Formulate Paid Social strategies for campaigns, ensuring that recommendations and decisions are consistent, imaginative and deliver results (including construction of media schedule)
  • Synthesize information and build our capacity including capabilities in performance marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights during mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations
  • Assume a lead role in building and integrating social efforts, ensuring tight alignment with the business strategy.
  • Investigate all new opportunities from a broad perspective to determine opportunities to expand our advisory offering.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve process and operations and enhance campaigns


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Leadership skills demonstrated by self-confidence, good judgement, sound decision-making, empathic listening, flexibility, self-motivation and ability to challenge the status quo.
