As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Xendit, this role is pivotal in driving the company's growth through proactive engagement and strategic alignment. The main responsibility of SDR is to screen inbound leads sourced from various channels such as the company's website, email inquiries, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp. SDR also responsible on creating a high-quality pipeline by qualifying merchant with potential revenue contribution.
