Mid Market Sales Development Representative

About the Job

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Xendit, this role is pivotal in driving the company's growth through proactive engagement and strategic alignment. The main responsibility of SDR is to screen inbound leads sourced from various channels such as the company's website, email inquiries, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp. SDR also responsible on creating a high-quality pipeline by qualifying merchant with potential revenue contribution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. 1-2 years of working experience in any industry, preferably SaaS, banking, or digital product, as Sales/Account Management.
  • Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over conference calls
  • Goals (quantitative) and action oriented with a proven track record in meeting targets within the same role in current/previous jobs
  • A self starter, strong willed and highly persuasive in engaging with potential customers
  • Native in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English both oral and written
  • Resourceful individual with the ability to identify, contact, and follow up thoroughly on leads and potential customers.
  • Understand numbers and able to build up a sales pipeline.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Willing to be placed outside Jakarta (project-based).

  • Proven experience in engaging with customers and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to effectively communicate customer needs and requests to internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and act on feedback.

Responsibilities

Convert Sales and Close Deals:

  • Be a champion of Xendit to potential customers and build relationships.
  • Actively engage with leads to convert them into confirmed customers.
  • Assist customers with any needs throughout their onboarding process.

Grow Customers and Revenue:

  • Follow up with new customers to get feedback on their experience with Xendit.
  • Win customers to achieve personal and team sales targets.
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders about customers’ needs and requests.
