Reporting directly to the Head of Solution Consultant, the Solution Consultant team specializes in addressing both current and potential customer pain points from technical and product perspectives at Xendit. Our focus lies in delivering professional services to large enterprise clients, offering deep technical and product insights. Collaborating closely with Sales, we ensure seamless integration for customers and collaborate with internal product teams to develop innovative, tailored Solution Consultant using our existing products based on the customer’s ideal business process. Our ultimate goal is to establish trust with enterprise clients by providing comprehensive payment Solution Consultant that meet their unique needs.
