About the Role
Vendor Management Team is centralized function unit based in Jakarta that handle Vendor Onboarding and Vendor Maintenance process throughout Gojek entities.
What You Will Do
- Channeling all incoming sourcing request and validating financial attribute
- Supporting the Category Specialist to run RFQ/Tactical vendor selection process
- Executing and maintaining the ordering process, including monitoring the approval flow
- Acting as the documentation specialist to record all sourcing activities to the corresponding Procurement Procedure
- Country vendor contracts maintenance and monitor the expiration dates, to notify relevant business for renewal which requires vendor selection process
- Become the ambassador of Procurement value creation process and build relationship with businesses to ensure “Early Procurement Involvement”
What You Will Need
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (any subject), preferably in Economics
- At least 1-year experience in areas of IT procurement/supply chain/sourcing
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
- Able to have a good connection and relationship with vendors
- Technology activity exposures are an added value

Being centralized means that we serve Gojek in locally and internationally. That is also means that not only the Gojek function but also vendors from many countries with language barrier and untranslated document in English. So, what’s the fun on it? Does it too much to take?
Well, as one, Vendor Management Team, we are having fun on trying to understand the differences that we face. The casual brainstorming session always end up with the laugh on different characters that we found on document or person that represent the country. There is always room to improve our process to meet one goal for our stakeholders to easily understand the process despite the barriers.
The chances to leverage skills and competencies always on a plate, as we are giving presentation to colleagues and vendors, explaining process, monitoring the details and being critical and analytics on it too. It is the whole package of opportunity to sharpen the Communication Skills, Presentation Skills and Risk & Control Skills. We respect and support each other, to become one solid team.
