- Responsible for recruiting and building our sales force team, whether through internal hiring or agency-based recruitment.
- Accountable for achieving the sales budget and other performance metrics, such as profitability and productivity for our FASO, FM, AFM and RFM units in alignment with their respective targets.
- Monitoring the productivity of our sales force through our internal program.
- Handles the end-to-end hiring process and manages administrative tasks related to manpower management.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader with a background in manpower management (preferably from a multifinance or financing company).
- Experience working in an agency-based business network (preferably in Dana Tunai or Refinancing).
- Proven track record in managing massive hiring for sales force positions and hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics.
- Proficient in strategic planning related to hiring processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English communication.
