Cash Settlement is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions. This role involves processing all operational systems related to Sekuritas, including cash settlements, and supporting the preparation of reports for regulatory and internal audits. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling cash settlements, managing deposit and withdrawal transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. In this role, you will be responsible to:
- Ensure accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions.
- Process all operational systems related to Sekuritas, including cash settlement activities.
- Handle cash settlements, including deposit and withdrawal transactions.
- Input journals and update Rekening Dana Nasabah (RDN).
- Make vouchers and bank instructions for cash movements.
- Reconcile RDN balances with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Support the preparation of reports for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., banks, brokers) to resolve settlement issues.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements in settlement operations.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in cash settlement or securities operations.
- Strong understanding of securities settlement processes and financial regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
