Business Operations Improvement (BOI) - Retail Banking

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate key business and operational processes, particularly in loan underwriting and collection, including procedures, systems, and documentation.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical solutions to enhance process effectiveness and overall business performance.
  • Assist in coordinating with both internal teams (e.g., Operations, Risk, Product) and external stakeholders to implement process improvements and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data related to business and operational performance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in line with reporting deadlines.
  • Support the preparation of performance dashboards, presentations, and regular business reviews.
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams and demonstrate initiative in solving problems and driving progress.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Interest in banking, financial services, and customer-focused business strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
