Responsibilities

1. Recap VAT PPH related to taxation per payment cycle to all insurance, create manual invoice for publish faktur pajak, and collect bukti potong from insurance
2. Process Payment To Insurance
3. Release Commission
4. Reconcile Production Outstanding from Insurance
5. Recap Receivables Commission From Insurance, Collection Commission
6. Confirmation Income Transaction On Bank Statement daily

1. At least 1 year experience as Finance Staff
2. Proficient to handle Ms. Excel / Google Sheet (sum, if, vlookup, pivot)
3. Have a good interpersonal and good communication
4. Strong Attention to detail, accuracy and highly responsive
5. Previous has experience in Insurance Industry is a plus point
