- Develope regional Trade Marketing strategies
- Translated shopper research into shopper insights to be implemented into channel strategies
- Integrate the Trade Marketing plan and its execution in the regional context
- Ensured that Channel Development Management is applied and evaluated
- Ensured the trade marketing budget is utilized efficiently and effectively
- Ensured that the utilization of trade marketing funds is substantiated by concrete evidence
- Analyze and reviewing the outcomes of all trade marketing activities
- Formulate Placement and Merchandising Visibility strategies to be implemented through careful selection of appropriate types of POSM, placement in line with decision corridors, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensured that the allocation and utilization of POSM are supported by proper POSM allocation planning
- Develope a Customer Relationship Program to cultivate Customer Loyalty
- Ensured sales and distribution growth
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of sales
- Have experience and knowledge of the process and analysis of sales data in the retail industry
- Sales skills / Salesmanship
- Territory management skill
- Knowledge of distribution
