Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms and digital channels.
- Track, analyze and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that are tailored to various customer segments.
- Be responsible for creating and updating website content and managing website performance using analytics.
- Ensure all digital assets such as images, videos, and graphics align with the brand's messaging and are used effectively.
- Stay up to date on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company is ahead of its competitors.
- Collaborate with other departments including the sales and creative teams to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
- Proficient in using various digital marketing tools including Google Analytics and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
