What you will do but not limited to:
- Supporting Corporate Finance Analyst in preparation of validation process for all submitted documents from business units and/or vendors.
- Checking all the submitted documents and ensure completeness.
- Input into the system before payment process and to be verified by Corporate Finance Analyst.
- Checking the documents from Consultant as well as preparing working papers related to taxation and corporate finance such as calculation of WHT and VAT payments.
- Prepare the paperwork of Time Deposit, VAT taxation, Tax Disclosure, Bank Reconciliation.
- Consolidation of reports submitted by subsidiaries, ensure the reports are validated.
- Analysing on subsidiaries operational financial reports.
What we are expecting from the role:
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Management.
- 1-2 years of working experience in related field and/or from KAP/Public Accounting Firm.
- Experience handing taxation. Candidate with Brevet A & B certified is preferred.
- Good in attention to detail, communication skills and team work.
- High agility in learning and willing to work the extra miles.
