The role is based in Jakarta and this individual will manage Atome card and its related products (such as QRIS) in Indonesia, including but not limited to Marketing related: manage social media, content, visual design, SEO/ASO, etc

Responsibilities:

Support growth and user operations such as card delivery and activation, member get member campaign, whatsapp user engagement, telemarketing, etc
Support product to improve end to end user experience and journey in the App, champion challenger of the product
Work closely with customer service team to understand user pain points and align with various teams to improve user satisfaction
Work closely with compliance and banking partners to satisfy various regulatory and funding requirements
Work closely with partners (such as merchants) for various joint marketing campaigns and cobrand products.
Top KPI metrics: business performance (overall users issued, transactions, GTV), user satisfaction, NPS score.

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in related disciplines
Minimum 5-10 years’solid marketing planning, execution and management experience in payment/credit financing/banking background
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Native in Bahasa, proficient English and multi-national work experience is a plus
