About the role
At Atome we are quickly expanding to the markets in Asia. We believe the key to continuing our success is to meet the needs of our local consumers.
 
We are looking for a customer obsessed Senior Product Manager who strives to create our local success. You’ll have experience in data analysis, user research to take deep dive of local unmet needs. You'll solve the real business problem by building the product local users love.
 

Responsibilities

  • Balancing qualitative insights with quantitative insights and validating hypotheses with users.
  • Identify market opportunities by data analysis, user research and competitor research.
  • Be the local expert in product team, also be the product expert to the local team.
  • Defining what success looks like and using metrics to evaluate progress towards your goals.
  • Setting a long term product vision to win the local market.
  • Create the alignment between local and regional team on product roadmap.
 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a 'product' role at a digital company.
  • Business level English and ability to translate complex business requirements with strong customer empathy to value-measurable features.
  • Attention to detail and hands-on experience in product prioritization, product proposal and working with tech/marketing/operations teams to launch products.
  • Excellent communication skill and ability to level up learnings from details to form bold long-term strategies, with experience communicating at the senior leadership level.
  • Experienced in a major product role —from concept to launch— in shipping multiple products or features with a clear business impact.
  • Strong data-driven mindset. Ability to analyze data, make assumptions and validate hypotheses to grow the key metrics.
  • You are a self-motivated, rigorous problem solver and can roll up your sleeves when necessary.
  • Experience in payment or banking products is a plus.
