The role is based in Jakarta and this individual will manage Atome card and its related products (such as QRIS) in Indonesia, including but not limited to Marketing related: manage social media, content, visual design, SEO/ASO, etc

Responsibilities:

  • Support growth and user operations such as card delivery and activation, member get member campaign, whatsapp user engagement, telemarketing, etc
  • Support product to improve end to end user experience and journey in the App, champion challenger of the product
  • Work closely with customer service team to understand user pain points and align with various teams to improve user satisfaction
  • Work closely with compliance and banking partners to satisfy various regulatory and funding requirements
  • Work closely with partners (such as merchants) for various joint marketing campaigns and cobrand products.
  • Top KPI metrics: business performance (overall users issued, transactions, GTV), user satisfaction, NPS score.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in related disciplines 
  • Minimum 5-10 years’solid marketing planning, execution and management experience in payment/credit financing/banking background 
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Native in Bahasa, proficient English and multi-national work experience is a plus
