Collection Staff

Responsibilities
- Collect the outstanding from sales shipper (Soscom) through email, Whatsapp, and call
- Reply the shipper (customer) message through Peakflo (automatic collection system)
- Blasting finance – manual book/guidelines to new shipper via email
- Completing the file & document related to debt collection such as ID Card, tax , correspondencies by email/Whatsapp, shipper outstanding calculation, invoice , etc
Requirements
- Have a min 1 year experience in collection/AR
- Have an experience in logistic industry are preferable.
- Experience in cross-function responsibilities (project based, assignment, etc)
- Having good understanding of end-to-end Collection and related functions and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiable, payment chaser and leadership skills
- Strong data analysis (Excel is a must)
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English & Bahasa
- Proven knowledge of Accounting.
- Willing to Business Trip
