Job Description:
- Conceptualise, develop and execute marketing campaigns for Categories (FMCG, Fashion and Moslem, Mom and Baby, Beauty, etc)
- Drive high-impact and growth projects, in a fast-paced environment in big scale nation-wide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of campaigns
- Conduct primary/secondary research and competitor analyses to understand and monitor evolving user needs and business opportunities
- Report business progress with quantitative data regularly
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of work experience either in relevant FMCG industries/companies, management consulting, internet or ecommerce marketing, or has passion in the ecommerce marketing
- Strong business judgment and acute marketing sense with a successful track record
- Previous experience in managing a team is a plus
- Good degree from recognized university
- Driven and motivated
- Excellent communication capability in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
- Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn
