Accounting & Taxation Staff

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounting of aCommerce smaller entities from end to end
• Performing monthly closing journal
• Create monthly report and analysis of those entities
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliation on timely basis
• Preparing data for auditors including group reporting packages.
• Preparing ad hoc financial reports required by management
• Assist Finance & Accounting Manager on any project occurred in the company.
• Liaise with other department to ensure the financial statement is complete and accurate in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
• 2-3 years experience as accounting staff and have experience/able to process a full monthly financial closing and produce monthly financial reports by themselves.
• Able to manage huge number of transaction for generate Tax invoice, Tax reconciliation and equalization
• Good knowledge about Indonesian Taxation (Pph 21, 22, 23, 26, 4(2), CIT)
• Have Brevet AB is a big plus
• Able and willing to work long hours to achieve tight deadlines.
• Preferred to have experience with Oracle Netsuite or MSDynamic.
