Description of Duties:

• The candidate will assist the department as it transitions to a stronger proactive on boarding process, including utilization of social media and online platforms.
• Assist team in developing content and participate in maintaining visual merchandising assets & projects
• Research story ideas/background info on projects
• Creating scripts and reordering/tweaking content to ensure continuity of the design & production
• Assist on set with various filming needs/ Video and photo media management
• Creating marketing communication tools & editing video content that adheres to company guidelines to share on online platform channels and social media/ Conceptualize and generating thumbnail images
• Assemble footage into a finished product that matches the vision of the business
• Edit and manipulate film pieces in a way that is invisible to the viewing audience by inserting and syncing sound and optical effects
• Create rough and final cuts, and storyboarding
• Oversee projects from pre-production to post-production

You do not need to be an expert but rather have a thirst for learning about VM Operations & best practices.

You'll be perfect for this program if you:

• Open to bachelor's degree candidates with a Film/Graphic Design or Creative Multimedia background and relevant project experience.
• You are a curious person who does not fit in a box and is interested in learning and applying marketing and HR-psychological strategies behind brand-production building.
• Previous experience working with Adobe Creative Suite or editing platforms and videography/photography
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/ Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw. Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and VRay rendering is an advantage.
• Knowledge of graphic/vector and video creation
• Available to go on shoots with the production team
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks
• Ability to be flexible with incoming tasks
• Passionate about generating content and community building.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• You must be able to work at the Luxasia Indonesia office, in Sudirman, Jakarta for at least 3 months period.
