As General Manager, you will have full ownership of the Indonesia Real Estate Awards by Lamudi and the wider real estate events portfolio in Indonesia. You will lead the commercial and operational direction of the awards program end-to-end, leveraging your deep property industry background and established developer network to position Lamudi as a trusted partner within the real estate ecosystem. You will engage directly with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders at leading developers, articulating the commercial value of participation, sponsorship, and award recognition.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across awards, sponsorships, and new event initiatives, ensuring all events are a commercial success. This includes developing sales and business development strategies, setting revenue targets, overseeing pricing and packaging, and securing high-value partnerships. Beyond the awards, you will identify, design, and launch new real estate events such as networking forums and exclusive developer showcases, aligned with market demand and Lamudi’s broader business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the commercial direction of the Indonesia Real Estate Awards by Lamudi, overseeing developer participation, sponsorships, and long-term growth of the awards platform
- Lead senior-level engagement with property developers, personally managing key strategic accounts and onboarding high-value partners into the awards and events ecosystem
- Take full accountability for exceeding revenue targets, contributing materially to the growth and profitability of Lamudi’s events and partnerships portfolio
- Oversee the nomination, submission, and judging coordination process, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for participating developers
- Drive high-value sponsorship and partnership deals with developers and industry partners to support the awards and scalable event formats such as the Connect event series
- Launch commercially viable real estate event concepts in Indonesia, working with regional management to define business models, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with a mandatory proven track record in the property or real estate industry
- Proven existing relationships and credibility with Indonesian property developers and senior decision-makers
- Strong sales and business development experience, including negotiating with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience
- Highly commercial, with a consistent record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in fast-moving environments
