BRAND: MAKE UP FOR EVER (www.makeupforever.com)
Objective:
To manage Visual Merchandising across all channels Boutique, Dept Store and Sephora related with store visuals/assets/tester management/maintenance store, within brand quality standard and ensure 100% on time with accurate implementation.
Current MAKE UP FOR EVER Doors:
8 Boutiques, 4 Department Store, 17 Sephora. Total of 29 offline doors.
Responsibilities:
- POSM assets forecast & order from Regional related with new launches / assortment update.
- Optimize all POSM assets (Capex & non capex) in store together with Retail team, to maximize the right retail excellence & customer experience in all offline channels that fit with brand standard.
- Closely monitor through weekly/bi-weekly store visit to check on in-store VM across all channels with fast action plan on areas/checklist (including POSM/display/visual) that need to be done with clear & visible timeline.
- Fully responsible as main brand PIC to oversee QC on retailer/contractor/vendor related to ensure 100% as per brand quality standard with accurate on time implementation (all related with POSM in store and outside store such as event/branding/pop-up store).
- Have skills in adobe, AI to support brand in all related design (soft & hard merchandising) including store layout/renovation following HQ guideline (note: design/guideline provided by HQ, local VM to adapt accordingly).
- Actively update and initiate valuable insights within VM (total beauty industry/retailers/outside store branding) that can help to upgrade brand image & customer experience within store / outside store (align with total brand direction).
- Good time management to ensure all reports & projects are done timely.
- Demonstrate positive work ethic and be able to work closely with all functions and with external parties, and to represent the brand suitably.
- Bachelor Degree holder of architecture is a must (preferred course is Industrial Design)
- Formal training in any of these: graphic design, or industrial design, or exhibition design, or interior design
- Minimum 3 years experience in visual merchandising for the Beauty Industry
- Has experience in visual merchandising for retail boutiques
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp or other similar software is advantage
- Basic knowledge of AutoCad
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
