Role: Talent Admin Executive
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN:
- Leading the way in hiring in the industry – owning and overseeing all hires for IDN region
- Working with the leads in the business to source and retain top talent in the industry. Creating a clear view on what type of talent best suits each of our sites.
- Managing all aspects of the hiring process for a range of vacancies across a variety of levels, locations and skill sets, and with the best talent.
- Working with hiring managers/internal stakeholders and acting as a business partner managing expectations, educating on the recruitment process, time frames and talent.
- Leading and advising business stakeholders on the process of predictive hiring.
- Proactively spearheading the evolution of our recruitment processes and ways of working to ensure we are industry leaders, including by not limited to artificial intelligence led recruiting, EVP, and social media targeting.
- Owning the candidate journey end to end.
- Owning the candidate brand engagement.
- Managing candidate communications efficiently and empathetically, whether candidates are successful or unsuccessful with their applications.
- Will be involved in operations and admin related work – wherein you will be responsible for setting up interviews, roles through Greenhouse (our end to end recruitment portal) for Indonesia market.
- Will be handling Greenhouse to set up new users and setting up new roles for Indonesia market.
- Adding job specs to Greenhouse + making the live.
- Administration of the workflow of approvals on Greenhouse for Indonesia market.
- To draft and roll out offer letters for selected candidates for Indonesia market.
- Posting of jobs on job boards.
- Other talent success related administration.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in hiring creative talent across multiple disciplines.
- Experience having high-level talent conversations with creative leads.
- Experience hiring within a fast-paced business environment.
- Experience leading a team and getting the best out of people.
- A passion and proven track record for finding the right people for the right roles.
- Experience using relevant tools.
- Strong attention to detail under pressure and working with high volumes
- Desire to ensure a positive candidate experience at all times.
