HR & Administration Manager (Relocation to Batam required)

We’re looking for an HR & Administration Manager to join our Account Operations team in the Regional Talent Solutions business (visit https://talenthub.glints.com/ for more!) to help grow our team across Asia.

The mission of this role is to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with labor laws, and adherence to company policies while managing office resources, facilities, and systems to enhance operational efficiency. You will play a key role in developing policies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a structured and organized workplace aligned with our company’s mission.

What You'll Be Doing

HRMS Data Accuracy: Ensure 100% accurate and complete employee data in the HRMS system, including key employment details and documentation
Issue Resolution & Team Leadership: Guide and support team members in resolving HR and administrative issues efficiently, monitoring resolution rates, and improving workflows
Onboarding & Offboarding Processes: Oversee seamless onboarding within X days for up to Y employees, ensuring smooth transitions and tracking manpower movement, time-off, and attendance records
Legal Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and manage legal records, such as offer letters and employment agreements, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies

Who We Are Looking For

Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration
Language Proficiency: Fully fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, solid English communication with regional teams and partners across Asia, and problem-solving skills; you will lead a team of 4-5 people
Interpersonal Skills: High integrity, strong affinity with people, and excellent relationship management skills
Proactive & Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented mindset, goal-driven approach, and the ability to work under pressure
