Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a Social Media Associate responsible for monitoring the company's digital media presence, ensuring regular updates, and regularly connecting with the audience on the our social media platforms. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with marketing & business goals
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Managing the content production for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, etc.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layout.
• Track and report on all social media metrics on a weekly/monthly basis
• Monitor trends in social media tools and applications and facilitate new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities.
• Stay abreast with the latest social media best practices and technologies, be it from internal or external avenues

• At least 3 years of work experience as Social Media Specialist
• Hands on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting & communication skills
• Strong ability to interpret social media data (reach, views, engagements, conversions) and present recommendations to improve performance
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
