We are looking for a proactive, driven social media & community manager to build and manage Coda’s communication campaign specifically targeted to millennials and generation z gamers, enhance consumer engagements and ensure brand presence and trust in both online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the overall social media & influencer management cadence (planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and evaluation), ensuring alignment with business, marketing, and PR strategies, and driving OKR results across social platforms,
  • Shaping the social media strategy, campaigns, content pillars, and content calendar and ensuring the day-to-day content are executed on time as per plan with the aim of growing, engaging, and managing our customers and our followers,
  • Provide weekly reporting and monitoring while constantly measuring, experimenting with social variables, and continuously refining the playbook to drive optimized results,
  • Establish social listening tools to keep track of sentiments, monitor competitors’ movement, and identify potential trends to quickly capitalize on each momentum,
  • Direct and produce engaging content for social media accounts that is up to date with the latest social media trends, and channels and operate all social media tools,
  • Search, acquire, onboard, and manage potential KOL/ Talent/ buzzer/ community that is aligned with business and marketing strategies,
  • Build influencer campaign with accurate planning (budget/ timing/impact) and reporting, 
  • Manage influencer budget and ensure the best possible payback metrics in accordance with the campaign objectives,
  • Search, onboard, manage, and negotiate with agencies and other external supporting parties,
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, PR, and Communication teams to ensure brand consistency and stay updated on new products and features.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing social media, community, and below-the-line PR strategies that target Millennials and Gen Z ideally with e-commerce or social media agency,
  • Ability to direct and develop engaging campaigns with good visual design and copywriting for all social media channels and their features,
  • Have strong expertise in social media platforms such as IG, FB, Twitter, and especially Tiktok and Youtube with demonstrated experience in establishing an agile process in identifying and riding on trends by leveraging social listening tools,
  • Have a good network with social media counterparts, media/press,  KOL, Influencers, buzzer, and community, and experience in social media management, community management,  influencer management, and exposure work with PR,
  • Data-driven with strong expertise in using social media tools, managing tools, CRM tools, online marketing tools, and their best practices. Demonstrated ability in using the tools to audit/measure, report, and optimize continuously,
  • Possess the ability to work in a matrix organization with advanced critical thinking, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Verbal and written fluency in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
