Job Description:
- Develop Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Conduct On-boarding training
- Conduct regular refreshment operation training
- Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program
- Responsible for the training administration and report
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor degree from any major
- Have at least 3 - 4 years experience in handling end to end training process (experiences in Learning & Development at Express / Courier company)
- Understand and having experiences on implementing and managing 3PL in all level
- Ability to communicate and high willingness to collaborate
- Excellent problem analysis and problem solving is required
