About the role: 

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Campaign Management) for GoPay Merchants, you will be tasked with maximizing the business growth of GoPay merchants through campaign, promo, and other incentive and non-incentive based offerings. Together with User Spend of GoPay & Merchant Marketing team, you will be tasked with growing our SMB & enterprise segments of GoPay by maximizing our brand presence & promo management in their offline establishment.

What You Will Do

  • Manage end to end merchant facing campaign development from merchant profiling and insights understanding, product magic understanding, GTM plan & strategy, creative development, media strategy.
  • Evaluate, track, improve and optimize adoption rate throughout the merchant funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Responsible for managing overall growth marketing projects with User Spend & Growth Marketing team of Merchant Marketing
  • Work with the research team in designing, gathering, & synthesizing smb merchant insights towards feature/product/brand.
  • Optimize feature adoption & retention by improving merchant experience together with Product Manager, UX team, Growth Lead, BI, Merchant Risk, & Research.
  • Identify the most suitable marketing media channels and target segment for each marketing initiative to manage user communications through targeted channels such as CRM (in-app channels), paid social media, or offline media.

What You Will Need

  • BA/MS in Management, Communication, preferably with Marketing concentration or related major
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, CRM, or any related fields
  • Strong analytical skill, comfortable with data processing
  • Strong in marketing or campaign execution
  • Strong in media channel & communication strategy
  • Have experience on go-to market strategy creation and implementation and/ or branding campaign,
  • Have experience in marketing program focus in acquisition
  • Have experience managing marketing budget
  • Strong cross-functional team communication & coordination
  • Ability to write, read and speak fluent English
  • Knowledge in CRM tools (Clevertap & Hubspot) is a major plus

Preferred Skills

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, with proven track record of deliverable projects related major campaign.
  • Strong business sense and have good understanding of the fintech industry, customers, and competitors
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a team, as well as strong in people development and mentoring / coaching
  • Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Fact-based / number-oriented individual, who is comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Able to recruit top-notch talent team, nurture and mentor them
  • Ability to use SQL would be strongly preferred.
